Welcome to the law office Pascal Vanderosieren.

Pascal Vanderosieren graduated in 1992 magna cum laude and received his degree of Master of Law, with specialisation in financial-social law, from the Brussels Free University.

After first articling in Brussels as trainee-lawyer and gaining experience with cassation files, he has since 1994 been concentrating on fact files, taking up residence in Overijse.

In 2002, he started his own law practice there on Brusselsesteenweg 100.

The firm is synonymous with a human, multidisciplinary approach based on interaction between theory and practice.

From 2012 until the reform in 2018, he served as deputy chairman of the Commission for Exemption from Contributions, in both Dutch and French-speaking chambers

In the same year, he also became assistant lecturer at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel). In the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years, this was for the Legal Methodology III private law module in Year 3 of the Bachelor Degree program
As of the 2019-2020 academic year, he has been assistant lecturer in the Family Property Law Seminar as part of Year 3 of the Bachelor Degree programme and also the Judiciary Law course.

His wife, Kristel Stouffs, is a jurist, with experience in both business and government. Daughter Ynse, emulating her parents, is a student at the VUB and is in the second Year of the Master's Degree programme in Criminal Law. Son Tibo is responsible for the technical support of the firm and updating of the website.
